We had a great experience with Drain King Plumbers today. Our plumber arrived quickly, was extremely polite, and fixed both our kitchen sink and upstairs toilet in no time. We were looking for a second opinion, and boy are we glad we called Drain King! They saved us $4000! The previous quote indicated we needed a full replacement of our sump pump. Drain King came in and immediately saw that the connecting pipe was loosened and simply needed to be refit and tightened. Their honesty is greatly appreciated!

Everything was smooth from the initial call to set up the appointment to the technician coming over. Everyone was very polite and nice. Special shout out to Michael (who was the technician that came over), he was very kind and informative! He broke down what the issue was and provided various fixes I could go with at different price points so I could choose the one I am most comfortable with. He also provided his own insight and recommended what the best fix is and why. Would definitely recommend!!

So I called up Drain King Plumbers for a quote on a possible sewer.line replacement. My current line has a negative pitch which causes issues from time to time. They sent Jonathan Hodgins over to do the estimate. The guy was an absolute professional and very detailed. He explained stuff so easily for the ordinary homeowner and was very patient with my hundreds of questions. It's always nice to hear from vendors who take their time to make you understand even the most complicated plumbing issues and Jonathan did just that. If ever I so decide to go with them, I will edit the review to include the job itself. For starters, let's just I am very impressed.

I called Drain King Plumbers in a panic after my sink had collapsed, which is something I had never seen or even heard of before. It's safe to say that they were the absolute best and I would recommend Drain King Plumbers to anyone and everyone I know. First off, the customer service is amazing- a lovely girl named Rachel picked up and explained everything I need to me. She connected me with an awesome worker named Alberto who was just as amazing. Alberto got to my unit within an hour after the call was made and the fix was seamlessly done. The sink collapse was a shame and was something that should have never happened but I met some great people through the incident. There have been no issues and everything has been working great. Would 10/10 recommend!
